This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is handled in Sensoneo web and mobile apps:

  • Sensoneo Smart waste management system, cloud-based platform
  • Sensoneo Citizen App, a mobile app on Android and iOS (aka Waste monitoring app Sensoneo)
  • Sensoneo Automat, a mobile app for sensors configuration on iOS
  • Sensoneo Configurator, a mobile app for sensors configuration on iOS and Android
  • Sensoneo Driver Navigation, a mobile app for drivers on Android
  • Sensoneo Collection App, a mobile app for drivers (part of Factory Waste Management solution)

Neoseptic Application – Personal Data Processing

For the operation of the Neoseptic application, we collect and process the following personal data:

  • User’s first name and surname
  • User’s e-mail address

These data are used to enable user authentication within the application and to associate the Sensoneo sensor ID with the respective user. The e-mail address is also used for sending alert notifications if the user’s septic tank fill level exceeds the defined overflow threshold. If you wish to have your personal data deleted, please contact us at support@sensoneo.com. Upon receiving your request, all associated personal data, including the link to the sensor ID, will be deleted from our database within 3 days.

For other mobile applications, we collect no personal information using our applications

We do not collect, use, save, or have access to any of your personal data via Sensoneo mobile and web apps.

Individual settings relating to the Pixelmator apps are not personal and are stored only on your device. You might also be asked to provide access to your photo library, but this is only so you can open your photos in Pixelmator and save them back to your library. We don’t process that information at all and have no access to it.

In addition, if you take a photo using Sensoneo mobile app, location data is saved in the image, but we have no access to that data and it is not shared with anyone unless you yourself choose to share the image.

Our Applications Comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
Our applications don’t collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
