User Experience Designer

What you’ll be doing

  • Design intuitive user experiences for enterprise SaaS applications focused on logistics, operations, financial workflows, and process management
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Engineering teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Transform complex business requirements into clear user journeys, information architecture, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing and validation sessions to continuously improve the product experience.
  • Design scalable interaction patterns that support multiple user roles and complex operational workflows.
  • Analyze user feedback and product analytics to identify opportunities for UX improvements.
  • Facilitate design discussions and communicate design decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to establishing UX best practices across the organization.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, problem solving and end-to-end product design.
  • Experience with user research, customer interviews, usability testing and journey mapping.
  • Ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive user experiences.
  • Excellent understanding of information architecture, interaction design and usability principles.
  • Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes and design specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of Figma and modern design workflows.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting design decisions.
  • Analytical thinking with a user-centric mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing logistics, supply chain, ERP, CRM, fintech or other operational enterprise systems.
  • Experience working with data-heavy interfaces, dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
  • Basic understanding of frontend technologies and design handoff processes.
  • Experience using analytics tools and product metrics to inform design decisions.
