Test Engineer

Our development team is constantly expanding, and we are currently looking for a motivated Software Tester to join us. We don’t expect you to be a senior automation expert from day one. Whether you are a skilled manual tester eager to dive into automation or an early-stage automated tester looking to level up your Python or Robot Framework skills, we will support your growth. If you have a sharp eye for detail, an analytical mindset, and a passion for green tech, you might be the perfect fit!

What you’ll be doing

  • Test Case Design & Execution: Design, implement, and maintain test cases for new features, ensuring comprehensive coverage through regression, integration, and acceptance testing.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders in an agile environment to ensure software quality.
  • Automation Growth: Participate in writing, debugging, and maintaining automated test scripts using Robot Framework or Python.
  • Defect Tracking & Reporting: Identify, thoroughly document, and track software bugs and edge cases using Jira.
  • Combination of Approaches: Balance manual testing processes with automated approaches as you grow into the role.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of professional experience in software testing or QA.
  • Testing Processes: Familiarity with standard software testing processes, defect tracking tools (Jira), and agile practices.

Nice-to-have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with tools like Git, Jenkins, JQL, or XML.
  • ISTQB Foundation certification is a plus.
  • Mindset: An analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills, precision in test planning, and high attention to detail.
  • Tech Foundations: Basic understanding of Python scripting or previous exposure to test automation tools (such as Robot Framework or Playwright) with a strong desire to learn and master them.

Salary

  • starting from 1500€ (depending on experience)
