Digitalisation of waste management and circular economy
We started with one product: waste fill-level monitoring solution that consisted of sensors measuring waste level in bins and a smart waste management software system. Over the years we have been expanding and perfecting our portfolio of services, which now range from waste and collection monitoring, route planning, factory waste management, to take-back systems and deposit return scheme integration.
Achieving goals and KPIs with our technology
As the sole company worldwide, Sensoneo successfully implemented software for Deposit Return Schemes (DRS) in nine countries, with some achieving a recycling performance exceeding 90%. Additionally, Sensoneo has designed tools to automate waste collection in factories, enabling its customers to improve waste diversion rate and circularity of the location. The deployment of smart sensors by Sensoneo contributed to the largest smart waste installation worldwide with impressive 11,100 sensors in Madrid, Spain. Notably, Sensoneo holds the distinction of being the pioneering company to implement a narrowband IoT solution in the United States.
