Integração — Bem-vindo(a) à equipe!

YouSeu primeiro dia começa com a sessão de integração conduzida pelo Rudi — nela, você vai aprender tudo o que é essencial sobre quem somos, como trabalhamos e quais são os nossos valores. Vamos mostrar onde encontrar informações importantes sobre benefícios, férias, registro de presença e nossos sistemas internos.

Após a reunião, você vai almoçar com a sua equipe e conhecer as pessoas com quem trabalhará mais de perto.

Durante o período de experiência, você terá um buddy — um colega que vai ajudar você a se orientar e guiar em tudo o que precisar saber. No seu primeiro dia, você vai principalmente configurar seus acessos, logins e tudo o que for básico para começar.

Primeira semana — Aprendendo na prática

Os primeiros dias podem parecer um mergulho em águas profundas — mas não se preocupe, seu buddy estará ali com você. Você começará com tarefas mais simples para entender como fazemos as coisas, ao mesmo tempo em que explorará nossa documentação no Confluence e no SharePoint.

Há bastante coisa para absorver — informações, dados e siglas internas (temos muitas delas — inclusive reunidas em uma planilha de Excel para os recém-chegados!).

Primeiros 3 meses — De recém-chegado(a) a membro da equipe

Após o seu primeiro mês, teremos uma breve reunião de feedback. Queremos saber como você está se sentindo, o que está funcionando bem, o que está faltando e o que pode ser melhorado.

Após três meses, o feedback será em ambas as direções — desta vez, você receberá feedback da nossa parte. Não se trata de uma avaliação formal, mas sim de uma conversa aberta sobre o seu progresso e os próximos passos.

Ao final do período de experiência, a maioria das pessoas já trabalha com bastante autonomia — claro que você ainda continuará aprendendo, mas já terá dominado o essencial. Cada pessoa tem o seu próprio ritmo, mas, após três meses, você já deve se sentir como uma verdadeira parte da Sensoneo — e não apenas “o(a) novo(a) colega”.
