Waste Management System (WMS)

The powerful cloud-based platform that helps customers configure, monitor, and plan everyday waste management activities

WMS is one of the best waste management software solutions on the market today. Customers can see all bins on a digital map and through Street View, including capacity, waste type, last measurement, GPS location, and collection schedule or pickup recognition.

You can build a detailed bin inventory, optimize bin locations for capacity and cost, and maintain service records. For bins equipped with smart sensors, you can set up and configure sensors, monitor real-time fill levels, view predictions, plan collection routes, access pickup reports, and respond to reports from residents.

The waste management software system is available in more than 10 different languages, and you can integrate smart waste data into your current IS through an API.

Problems we solve

  • Lack of visibility & control
  • Inefficient planning & scheduling
  • No reliable data for decisions
  • Citizen dissatisfaction due to poor service quality
  • Difficulty proving compliance in reporting
  • High operational costs
  • Scaling complexity

Detailed bin inventory

All monitored bins and stands can be seen on the map. Stands are color-coded within clusters based on predefined thresholds. This color scheme visually communicates fill levels, helping users identify areas with containers approaching full capacity. You can see bin details in the Dashboard – capacity, waste type, last measurement, GPS location, and collection schedule or pickup recognition.

Real-time bin monitoring

The Dashboard displays real-time data on the fill levels of bins monitored by smart sensors.
In addition to the fill-level percentage, the tool uses historical data to predict when a bin will become full – one of the features not included even in many of the best waste management software solutions. Sensors also detect pickups, so you can check when a bin was last collected.

With real-time data and predictions, you can eliminate overflowing bins and stop collecting half-empty ones.

Waste collection route planning

The tool semi-automates waste collection route planning. Based on current bin fill levels and predictions of when bins will reach full capacity, you can respond in time and schedule waste collection efficiently. You can compare planned vs. executed routes to identify any inconsistencies.

Comprehensive fill cycles

What is the fill cycle for a bin? Find a bin on the map or in the dashboard and access a fill graph to view its fill cycles and pickups over the last few weeks. If it fills up very quickly, you may want to consider increasing capacity to reduce collection costs.

Prevention of inefficient pickups

Eliminate the collection of half-empty bins. Sensors detect pickups. By using real-time data on fill levels and pickup recognition, we can show you how full the bins you collect actually are. The report shows how full each bin was when it was picked up. You can immediately identify inefficient pickups below 80% full.
