Ενσωμάτωση – Καλώς ήρθατε στην ομάδα!

Η πρώτη σας ημέρα ξεκινά με την εισαγωγική συνεδρία υποδοχής του Rudi – θα μάθετε όλα τα βασικά για το ποιοι είμαστε, πώς εργαζόμαστε και ποιες είναι οι αξίες μας. Θα σας δείξουμε πού μπορείτε να βρείτε βασικές πληροφορίες σχετικά με παροχές, άδειες, παρουσία και τα εσωτερικά μας συστήματα.
Μετά τη συνάντηση, θα γευματίσετε με την ομάδα σας και θα γνωρίσετε τους ανθρώπους με τους οποίους θα συνεργάζεστε πιο στενά.

Κατά τη διάρκεια της δοκιμαστικής σας περιόδου, θα έχετε έναν buddy – έναν συνάδελφο που θα σας βοηθήσει να προσανατολιστείτε και θα σας καθοδηγήσει σε όλα όσα χρειάζεται να γνωρίζετε. Την πρώτη σας ημέρα, θα ασχοληθείτε κυρίως με τη ρύθμιση προσβάσεων, στοιχείων σύνδεσης και όλων των βασικών που χρειάζεστε για να ξεκινήσετε.

Πρώτη Εβδομάδα – Μάθηση μέσα από την πράξη

TΟι πρώτες ημέρες μπορεί να μοιάζουν λίγο σαν βουτιά στα βαθιά – αλλά μην ανησυχείτε, ο buddy σας θα είναι δίπλα σας. Θα ξεκινήσετε με πιο απλές εργασίες για να κατανοήσετε πώς λειτουργούμε, ενώ παράλληλα θα εξερευνήσετε την τεκμηρίωσή μας στο Confluence και το SharePoint.

Υπάρχουν αρκετά πράγματα να αφομοιώσετε – πληροφορίες, δεδομένα, εσωτερικές συντομογραφίες (έχουμε πολλές από αυτές – μάλιστα συνοψισμένες και σε ένα αρχείο Excel για τους νεοεισερχόμενους!).

Πρώτοι 3 Μήνες – Από νεοεισερχόμενος σε μέλος της ομάδας

After your first month, we’ll have a short Συνάντηση ανατροφοδότησης. Θέλουμε να μάθουμε πώς αισθάνεστε, τι λειτουργεί καλά, τι λείπει και τι θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί.

Μετά από τρεις μήνες, η ανατροφοδότηση γίνεται αμφίδρομη – αυτή τη φορά θα λάβετε και εσείς ανατροφοδότηση από εμάς. Δεν πρόκειται για επίσημη αξιολόγηση, αλλά για μια ανοιχτή συζήτηση σχετικά με την πρόοδό σας και τα επόμενα βήματα.

Μέχρι το τέλος της δοκιμαστικής περιόδου, οι περισσότεροι άνθρωποι εργάζονται αρκετά αυτόνομα – φυσικά, θα συνεχίσετε να μαθαίνετε, αλλά θα έχετε ήδη κατακτήσει τα βασικά. Ο καθένας έχει τον δικό του ρυθμό, όμως μετά από τρεις μήνες θα πρέπει να αισθάνεστε πραγματικό μέλος της Sensoneo – όχι απλώς «ο νέος συνάδελφος».
